Vanguard Level Two develops advanced defensive tactics and instructional skills for certified law enforcement, corrections, military police, and security professionals. Training addresses subject escort and control, handcuffing, frisk and search procedures, strategic striking, handgun and long-gun retention and disarming, and baton use.
