Cancellation Policy

Please review SSGT’s cancellation terms before registering for a course.

Full Refund

If you cancel at least 10 days before the course start date, and include the course name, location, and date, you will receive a full refund. Credit card refunds are processed within five business days. Check refunds are processed within ten business days.

Cancellations Within 10 Days

Cancellations made fewer than 10 days before the course start date receive a Training Course Credit valid for up to 12 months, applicable to any SSGT course.

How to Cancel

Submit your cancellation via the Contact page, including the course name, location, and date.

No-Shows

No-shows forfeit the course fee or may convert to a 12-month training credit at SSGT’s discretion.
