Undercover Officer Instructor

The Undercover Officer Instructor Course is an intensive three-day (24-hour) program designed to prepare law enforcement instructors to improve officer survivability and operational effectiveness during undercover, surveillance, and other low-visibility assignments. Built around the realities of plainclothes operations, the course develops concealed pistol and knife employment, rapid threat recognition, counter-ambush response, and decisive action under stress.

Training integrates movement off the line of attack, close-quarters knife and pistol applications, single-officer and two-officer structure clearing, arrest and control, undercover vehicle preparation, vehicle egress and use of cover, suspect extraction, and contingency response using armor, go-bags, and carbines. Graduates leave with an integrated, field-tested training framework they can use to prepare officers for unpredictable operations where conventional patrol resources may be limited.
