SSGT Vanguard Student Forms & Exams

The password has not changed for those that have it. Email us for the password if needed.

Steps:
1. Have the Student(s) fill out the Student(s) Registration Form and hit submit. Then have the Student(s) forward the email response they receive to you the Course Instructor.

2. Have the Student(s) take the appropriate Written Exam(s) and hit submit. Then have the Student(s) forward the email response they receive (Pass or Fail) to you the Course Instructor.

3. Have the Student(s) fill out the Student Course Practical Evaluation. You must let the Student(s) know if they passed or failed any and all parts of their Practical Evaluation. They are to mark Pass or Fail at the Course Instructor's direction and hit submit. Then have the Student(s) forward the email response they receive (Pass or Fail) to you the Course Instructor.

4. Have the Student(s) fill out the SSGT Course Evaluation and hit submit. Then have the Student(s) forward the email response they receive to you the Course Instructor.
