Refund and Training Course Credit Policy

Full Refund: Full refunds for participant cancellations are only available if the cancellation is made by messaging the SSGT Contact Page and notifying SSGT about the intent to cancel at least ten (10) days prior to the first scheduled day of the course or courses. Refunds for credit card payments will be applied to the card used for the initial payment, taking up to five (5) business days. Refunds for check payments will be issued via check payable to the person or entity that made the initial payment, taking up to ten (10) business days.

Training Course Credit: A Training Course Credit or Credits will be applied to the account of anyone or any entity that does not meet the above requirements for a full refund. These Training Course Credits will remain valid for up to, but not more than, 12 months. This credit provides an alternative for participants who do not qualify for a full refund, allowing them to apply the credit towards future training courses within the specified timeframe.
